Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver precise external beam (EBRT) and internal (IRT) radiation treatments including Proton Therapy, 3D-CRT, IMRT, IGRT, SRT, and VMAT
• Operate advanced equipment like Trubeam, Vision RT, and CT simulators with confidence and care
• Collaborate with radiation oncologists and dosimetrists to customize treatment plans for each patient
• Monitor patients during treatment, ensuring safety and comfort at all times
• Maintain accurate records in EPIC and Aria, documenting treatments and patient responses
• Participate in quality assurance checks to keep equipment running at peak performance

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT (T)) required
• Valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Proficiency with EPIC, Aria, Trubeam, and Vision RT preferred
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in external and internal radiation techniques including IMRT, VMAT, SRT, and Proton Therapy
• Comfortable working with a high patient volume (up to 34 per day) while maintaining quality care
• Skilled in CT simulation and image guidance for precise treatment delivery
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced hospital setting
