Shift Type: Weekend block shifts (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday), exact times to be confirmed

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain sterile operating room environments for surgical procedures
Assist surgeons and surgical team during operations, ensuring patient safety
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes during surgery
Coordinate with pre-op and recovery teams for seamless patient care
Manage surgical instruments and supplies with precision and efficiency

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Idaho or compact state
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
Minimum 1-2 years of recent OR nursing experience preferred
Ability to work weekend blocks and adapt to fast-paced surgical setting

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in sterile technique and aseptic practices
Strong understanding of surgical procedures and instrumentation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
