Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and varied diagnoses in an outpatient setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTAs and aides
Provide patient education and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate patient records

Qualifications

Active Oregon Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
Experience in acute care is helpful but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic rehabilitation
Outpatient therapy techniques
Patient assessment and treatment planning
Communication and teamwork
