Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality PET/CT scans following established protocols
Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment
Administer radiopharmaceuticals as prescribed by physicians
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to regulatory standards

Qualifications

Valid ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology
Current California state license in Nuclear Medicine Technology
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine, preferably in PET/CT
Strong patient care and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in PET/CT imaging techniques and protocols
Knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles
Familiarity with PACS and electronic medical records systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
