Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality nuclear medicine imaging procedures using state-of-the-art Siemens PET/CT and E.CAM equipment
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients throughout procedures
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnostic results
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during exams, following strict radiation safety protocols
• Prepare and calibrate imaging equipment daily, ensuring optimal performance
• Document patient history and procedure details accurately in the electronic health record

Qualifications

• Valid ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology
• Current BLS certification required
• PET experience is a must
• DOT certification preferred at start, required within 90 days
• Valid driver's license required at submittal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in PET/CT imaging and standard nuclear medicine studies
• Strong understanding of radiation safety and ALARA principles
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot imaging equipment and adapt to new technology
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
