Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and skilled critical care to ICU patients
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Adapt quickly to changing patient conditions in a dynamic environment
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California (verified via Nursys)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• DCI/BVP certification required
• ICU or critical care experience preferred
• Ability to work weekends and per diem shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in critical care procedures and equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients effectively
