Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support residents with mobility, transferring, and positioning
• Assist with feeding, hydration, and personal hygiene needs
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
• Document care provided accurately and timely
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure resident comfort and dignity

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of resident care techniques and safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to respond quickly to resident needs
• Understanding of infection control practices
• Team collaboration and adaptability
