Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to acute care patients
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and report vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition
• Support nursing staff with patient positioning, transfers, and comfort
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
• Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Current and active CNA certification in Indiana
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed
• Compassion and a genuine commitment to patient well-being
• Previous acute care or hospital experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of basic patient care principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Comfortable using electronic health records
