Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to medical-surgical patients, making a real difference in their recovery journey
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Monitor patient conditions and proactively communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes
• Empower patients and families with education and support for their health journey
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, because details matter

Qualifications

• Hold an active RN license (South Carolina or compact state) - we'd love to have you on board!
• Current BLS certification (AHA) is required
• Prior med/surg experience is a plus, but we're also happy to nurture new talent
• Bring your sharp assessment skills and a heart for patient care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

• Solid understanding of medical-surgical nursing principles and best practices
• Skilled in patient assessment, care planning, and critical thinking
• Great communication skills to connect with patients, families, and teammates
