Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor and document patient conditions and respond to changes
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Previous Med/Surg experience preferred, new grads encouraged to apply
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of medical-surgical nursing principles
• Proficient in patient assessment, medication administration, and IV therapy
• Skilled in using electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
