Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts), includes weekends
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Direct Observation Unit
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Educate patients and families on health management
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (Nursys verified)
- Current BLS certification
- Completion of DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention) training
- Successful completion of Prime Core Competencies and Specialty Exams
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with electronic health records
