Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Direct Observation Unit
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (Nursys verified)
• Current BLS certification
• Completion of DCI/BVP (Workplace Violence Prevention) training
• Successful completion of Prime Core Competencies and Specialty Exams

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with electronic health records
