Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to protocols

Qualifications

• Valid California RN license (Nursys verified)
• Current BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• DCI/BVP and EDAP certifications preferred
• Minimum 1 year of ED nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in emergency nursing procedures and equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
• Basic pharmacology and rhythm interpretation knowledge
