Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care using the nursing process
• Monitor cardiac telemetry and respond to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to plan and evaluate care
• Provide patient and family education on health management
• Float to med/surg units as needed to support patient care

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in California
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience
• Meditech EMR experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and telemetry
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients
