Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support mobility and transfer needs to keep everyone safe and comfortable
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for residents
• Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• A warm, patient, and empathetic approach to care
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and resident care techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative care team
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced healthcare setting
