Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Triage patients and prioritize care based on acuity
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform emergency interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with protocols

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, DCI/BVP, EDAP & EDAP II
• Completion of Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam and Core Competencies Exam
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure emergency environment
• Proficiency in emergency nursing procedures and protocols
