Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 2:30 PM - 3:00 AM, with every other weekend rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans on patients as ordered by physicians
Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
Operate and maintain MRI equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed
Review images for quality and accuracy before sending to radiologists
Document patient history and scan details in medical records
Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care

Qualifications

Current BLS certification (required)
ARRT certification in MRI (required)
State of Michigan MRI license or eligibility
Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and overnight hours
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of MRI safety protocols and contraindications
Proficient in operating MRI scanners and imaging software
Excellent patient care and bedside manner
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
