Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure safe and efficient surgeries
Prepare the operating room, including sterile field setup and equipment checks
Monitor patient vital signs and manage patient positioning during procedures
Advocate for patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery

Qualifications

Current and unrestricted RN license in Missouri or compact state
Minimum 2 years of recent operating room nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in sterile technique and infection control protocols
Proficiency with surgical instruments and equipment
Ability to remain calm and focused in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities
