Location: Sacramento, CA

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM with 30-minute lunch
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services to a varied caseload including ortho, total joint, vestibular, neuro, and balance patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
- Collaborate with PTA's and rehab aides to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress accurately using Cerner EMR
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist license required
- Current BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of outpatient PT experience preferred
- Experience with orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological populations is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Proficient with EMR systems, especially Cerner
- Ability to manage a full caseload of 9-11 patients per day
