Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient mobility and function
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in North Dakota
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience in outpatient and acute care settings preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
Education
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment abilities
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload including outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled patients
- Knowledge of electronic medical records and documentation standards
