Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, schedule varies

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients with behavioral health needs
Assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions tailored to each patient
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic treatment
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Educate patients and families on coping strategies and resources
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in behavioral health
BLS certification required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of behavioral health nursing practices
Crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
Patient assessment and care planning
Team collaboration and patient advocacy
