Location: Frisco, CO

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with call rotation (typically Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday), includes weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations including vascular, abdominal, renal, thyroid, AAA, breast, and carotid studies
Operate GE and Philips ultrasound equipment to capture and optimize images
Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in Epic EMR and PACS Synapse
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to provide precise diagnostic information
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association
ARDMS certification (RDMS, RDCS, or RVT) - RVT preferred
Strong vascular ultrasound experience required
Minimum 1 year of recent sonography experience
Graduate of an accredited sonography program
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in GE and Philips ultrasound systems
Experience with Epic EMR and PACS Synapse software
Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and call requirements
