Location: Tacoma, Washington

Start Date: 06-15-2026

End Date: 09-14-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional weekends, holidays, and call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures with precision and care
Start IVs and administer radiopharmaceuticals as required
Operate GE and Phillips nuclear medicine equipment to capture high-quality images
Collaborate with radiologists and cardiology ARNPs to ensure accurate diagnoses
Maintain a safe and clean environment following radiation safety protocols
Document studies in EPIC and manage images in McKesson PACS and CVPACS

Qualifications

Current Washington State license as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
ARRT-N or NMTCB certification
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
At least 2 years of experience in nuclear medicine
Proficiency in starting IVs
Experience with EPIC, McKesson PACS, and CVPACS is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Nuclear Medicine Technology certification
BLS and WA License compliance
ARRT-N or NMTCB credentials
IV start proficiency
EPIC and PACS systems expertise
GE and Phillips equipment operation
