Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population across multiple MS-Tele units
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, titrate heparin drips, and manage telemetry patients
• Float between facilities within Zone 3 (Denver area) as assigned
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adapt quickly to different unit environments and patient acuities
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with charge nurses and physicians

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent MS-Tele experience required
• Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Neuro experience preferred
• Flexibility to float across multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Experience with heparin titration and IV therapy
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable floating to different units and adapting to new environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of medical-surgical and telemetry best practices
