Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM; weekend on-call rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans using Philips 1.5T and 3T equipment
Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging protocols
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team for optimal diagnostics
Operate Siemens 1.5T MRI as needed (starting June 2025)
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours coverage

Qualifications

Certified MRI Technologist (ARRT or ARMRIT accepted)
Experience with Philips MRI (1.5T and 3T) required
Familiarity with Siemens MRI (1.5T) is a plus
No Texas state license required
Ability to work night shifts and participate in on-call rotation

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in MRI safety and contrast administration
Strong technical skills in MRI equipment operation
Ability to adapt to different MRI systems and software
Excellent patient communication and care skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
