Location: Centennial, Colorado

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour day or night shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends, with schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance and Just-In-Time assignments possible

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care across multiple MS-Tele units including Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Ortho, and more
Float within Zone 3 covering four hospitals in the Denver metro area
Titrate heparin drips and monitor patient responses
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
Adapt quickly to different unit environments and patient acuities
Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Experience with heparin titration preferred
Prior neuro experience a plus
Willingness to float within a 60-mile radius and work in a dynamic float pool

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in MS-Tele patient populations: cardiac, neuro, renal, ortho, and more
Ability to titrate IV drips, especially heparin
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to adapt to changing assignments
