Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams
Document patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
Educate patients and families on communication strategies

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current Arizona state license or eligibility to obtain one
Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
Minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience preferred but new grads encouraged to apply

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in evaluation and treatment of pediatric and adult populations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting
Knowledge of current therapy techniques and modalities
