Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Various shift lengths (8, 10, or 12 hours); specific schedule discussed at interview. Includes possible weekends, holidays, and on-call.

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic CT scans and X-rays with precision and care
Operate Philips iPatient 64 and Big Bore 16 CT equipment
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure optimal imaging
Maintain a fast-paced, efficient workflow in a Level II trauma center
Provide excellent patient care and communication during procedures
Assist with C-arms in the OR as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent CT and X-ray experience
BLS certification required
ARRT certification required
Fluoroscopy permit required through the state of California
Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running
First-time travelers welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in CT and diagnostic radiology
Experience with Cerner EMR system
Familiarity with Philips iPatient 64 and Big Bore 16 scanners
Level II trauma center experience preferred but not required
Strong self-starter with ability to work independently
