Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate nursing activities during your shift to ensure seamless patient care
Act as a resource and mentor for nursing staff, fostering a collaborative environment
Monitor patient care quality and safety, implementing improvements as needed
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and hospital leadership
Manage staffing and bed assignments to optimize patient flow

Qualifications

Current and valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a leadership role
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of nursing care standards and best practices
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Understanding of staffing and resource management
