Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (varying 8-hour shifts)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a diverse patient population including orthopedics, neurology, and vestibular disorders
Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona
Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience
BLS and CPR certification
Experience with EMR systems
Ability to float to various outpatient locations within 50-mile radius (if needed)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in orthopedics, neurology, and geriatrics
Proficiency in vestibular rehabilitation and BPPV treatment
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Team collaboration and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
Time management and organizational skills for managing 8-10 patients per day
