Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, rotates days and nights, every 3rd weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) draws and analysis
Conduct EKGs and monitor cardiac rhythms
Manage ventilators including PB980, Hamilton C1, and V60 bipap
Provide respiratory therapy across all age ranges from neonates to adults
Cover ER, inpatient, and outpatient areas as needed
Work independently as the sole respiratory therapist on shift when required

Qualifications

North Dakota Respiratory Therapy License required at time of submission
CRT or RRT (RRT preferred) certification
BLS and ACLS certifications required
PALS and NRP certifications preferred
Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
Ability to work independently and handle all respiratory duties

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in ABG and EKG procedures
Experience with Meditech EMR system
Skilled in ventilator management with PB980, Hamilton C1, and V60 bipap
Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills
Comfortable working with all age groups from 0 to 100 years
