Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Flexible days, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities to residents
Monitor and record vital signs, and report changes to nursing staff
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure resident safety
Support residents with meals, personal hygiene, and grooming
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
BLS certification preferred
Experience in long-term care or assisted living is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and safety protocols
Effective communication with residents, families, and staff
Time management and adaptability
Understanding of resident rights and confidentiality
