Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during overnight shifts
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to orders
- Perform timely assessments and document patient status in the chart
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans
- Support patient comfort, safety, and infection-control practices throughout the shift
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care team during handoffs
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in New Mexico (required)
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Ability to work the listed nights: Mon, Tue, Thu (overnight 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
- Current immunizations/TB screening and successful background/credential checks
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-first attitude
- Local candidates only (per job note)
Education
- Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
- Active LPN license for practice in New Mexico
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
- Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
- Accurate charting and comfort with electronic medical records
- Wound care basics and infection prevention practices
- Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
- Time management and prioritization during overnight shifts
