Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
- Assist with safe transfers, positioning and mobility to promote patient comfort
- Maintain clear, timely documentation to support care continuity
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
- Collaborate with nurses and other care team members to deliver excellent patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (required)
- Active state certification/license for New Mexico or ability to validate proof of certification
- Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts on Sunday, Friday and Saturday
- Ability to pass required background checks and facility onboarding
- Local candidates preferred (Notes: LOCAL ONLY)
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on patient care and bedside skills
- Accurate vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
- Strong communication and teamwork with nursing staff
- Basic charting and documentation best practices
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety procedures
