Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care including assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
• Support safe patient transfers and ambulation while following facility protocols
• Assist with activities of daily living to preserve dignity and comfort
• Document care and observations clearly in the patient chart
• Collaborate with nurses and therapists to help execute individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures

Qualifications

• Valid CNA certification (must be current and in good standing)
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain promptly)
• Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
• Comfortable working night shift and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate patient-focused attitude; reliable and professional

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Comfortable taking and reporting vital signs and observations
• Basic patient mobility and safe transfer techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices
• Basic charting and documentation skills
