Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care during overnight hours to support resident comfort and safety
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor and record resident conditions, reporting changes promptly to nursing staff
• Support safe overnight routines and fall prevention measures
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold facility policies and infection control standards

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential required (VT; NH referenced in job title)
• Local to the St. Albans area or able to commute reliably (LOCAL ONLY)
• Willingness to work nights and every-other-weekend rotations
• Professional, dependable, and able to communicate effectively with residents and team members

Knowledge & Skills

• Comfortable providing bedside care and assisting with ADLs
• Basic patient observation and reporting skills
• Familiarity with infection control practices and safe patient handling
• Strong communication and teamwork skills during overnight shifts
• Reliable time management and documentation abilities
