Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to residents, monitoring condition and reporting changes
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and according to protocol
• Document resident care clearly and timely in the medical record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans
• Perform routine assessments and assist with activities of daily living
• Support infection control practices and maintain a safe environment
• Engage with residents and families to communicate care needs and progress

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential in good standing
• Comfortable working night shifts and committed to weekend coverage
• Local candidates preferred (LOCAL ONLY noted in order)
• Ability to pass facility-required background checks and health screenings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a resident-focused approach

Education

• LPN diploma, certificate, or equivalent practical nursing education

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and basic nursing skills
• Medication administration and documentation accuracy
• Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
• Effective teamwork and clear communication with clinical staff
• Time management and ability to prioritize during busy night shifts
