Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents during assigned shifts
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding) with dignity and respect
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
- Support a clean, safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to deliver person-centered care and positive resident experiences
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Ability to work scheduled shifts: Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday from 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM
- Local candidates only (per job posting)
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Education
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on resident care and assistance with ADLs
- Basic clinical observation and timely reporting
- Accurate documentation and charting practices
- Infection control and safe patient handling
- Effective communication and teamwork in a clinical setting
