Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents: bathing, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Assist with mobility and transfers while following safe patient handling practices
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
• Support meal assistance and safe feeding when required
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations
• Follow infection control policies and promote a clean, safe environment
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
• Previous experience as a CNA preferred but new grads with certification are welcome

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic patient care skills and ADL support
• Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
• Comfortable with documentation and following care plans
• Good interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and the care team
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care environment
