Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and mobility
• Take and record vital signs and report any changes in condition to the nursing team
• Support safe transfers and positioning while following facility protocols
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and observations
• Help create a warm, respectful environment that preserves resident dignity

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Class: CNA) required
• Comfortable and experienced working the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Ability to provide compassionate direct patient care and follow care plans
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a care team
• Willingness to complete facility orientation and any required training

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Current CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on resident care and assistance with ADLs
• Basic vital signs collection and documentation
• Infection control and resident safety practices
• Team collaboration and effective communication with nursing staff
• Reliable time management and attention to detail
