Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and accurately document vital signs and resident status
• Support the nursing team by reporting changes and participating in care plans
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Communicate respectfully with residents and families to ensure person-centered care
• Uphold facility policies and infection control practices at all times

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
• Comfortable working night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to resident care
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited CNA program and active certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in basic patient care and ADLs
• Familiarity with taking and recording vital signs accurately
• Knowledge of infection control and safety best practices
• Clear documentation and communication skills with care teams
• Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment
