Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
• Support safe and comfortable mealtime assistance and feeding when needed
• Document care delivered accurately and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary staff
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and respectful environment for patients and families

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (required)
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Demonstrated patient-centered attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to pass background checks and any facility-specific screenings
• Previous experience as a CNA is valued but new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Completed state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of infection control and safe patient handling
• Basic vital signs measurement and documentation skills
• Comfortable assisting with ADLs and mobility support
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
• Time management and ability to prioritize patient needs during a shift
