Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to assigned residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document vital signs, changes in condition, and responses to interventions
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and update care plans
Maintain accurate, timely charting and communicate clearly with families and staff
Follow facility policies, safety protocols, and infection control best practices
Support admissions, discharges, and transitions to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) — RN candidates also considered per class
Clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred (facility or acute care experience helpful)
Ability to work the listed shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN program (or accredited nursing program for RN candidates)

Knowledge & Skills

Solid skills in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Patient assessment and monitoring — spotting changes early
Accurate clinical documentation and charting
Comfortable working within care team workflows and following protocols
Infection control, safety awareness, and compassionate bedside manner
