Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Attend to hygiene, grooming, feeding and mobility needs with dignity
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
• Accurately document patient care and observations in clinical records
• Assist with safe transfers and positioning to prevent injury
• Work collaboratively with nurses and support staff to deliver excellent care
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
• Ability to work the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM night shift
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude and strong communication skills
• Willingness to pass any required background checks and health screenings

Education

• CNA certification (state credential)

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Basic vital signs monitoring and reporting
• Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
• Clear communication and teamwork with clinical staff
• Awareness of infection control and patient safety practices
