Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with daily living activities
• Support residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
• Monitor patients and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and observations
• Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver person-centered care plans
• Follow infection control practices and ensure a safe environment for patients

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Comfortable working the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient safety and basic clinical care
• Familiarity with ADLs (activities of daily living) and safe patient handling
• Basic charting and documentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to comfort patients and families
• Physical stamina for lifting, turning, and prolonged periods of activity
