Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate patient care during overnight shifts
• Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor clinical status
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
• Document patient care and communicate changes to interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and providers to ensure continuity of care
• Support patient and family education with clarity and empathy
• Respond promptly to emergencies and escalate concerns as needed

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license (LPN or RN) — bring your credentials
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
• Experience in acute care or rehabilitation settings is a plus
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset
• Ability to work overnight shifts and maintain professional standards

Education

• LPN: Practical nursing diploma or certificate
• RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Medication administration and safe documentation
• Proficient charting in electronic health records
• Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Ability to prioritize and manage care during busy night shifts
