Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility
• Take and document vital signs and observe patient condition, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support safe transfers and encourage patient independence with respect and dignity
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with nurses and families
• Help keep the care environment clean and organized to support excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
• Comfortable working the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM evening shift and adapting to facility schedules
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; dependable and patient-centered
• Ability to complete facility onboarding, which may include health screenings and background check

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited CNA program and active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Vital signs measurement and documentation
• Infection control and safe body mechanics
• Clear communication with interdisciplinary team members
• Compassionate, patient-focused bedside manner
