Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care and support daily recovery
- Perform accurate patient assessments and document findings clearly
- Administer medications and treatments safely and according to protocol
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license (RN) in New Mexico or eligible to obtain licensure
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Comfortable working the posted shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
- Previous acute care or rehab experience is a plus
Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN/BSN) required for RN
- High school diploma or equivalent as baseline
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid patient assessment and clinical judgment skills
- Medication administration and accurate charting/documentation
- Familiarity with care planning and collaborating across care teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate bedside manner and patient education skills
