Shift Type: Days not specified, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Day shift)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care and administer medications within scope of practice
- Perform timely and accurate patient assessments and document findings
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to coordinate care plans
- Monitor patient condition and respond promptly to changes
- Educate patients and families on care instructions and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate and current medical records and charting
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize patient needs
Education
- Completion of an accredited LPN or RN nursing program (as required for licensure)
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and clinical observation
- Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
- Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation
- Strong interpersonal skills and patient education techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting
