Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to residents with dignity and respect
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
• Support safe transfers and ambulation while following fall-prevention protocols
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and the care team
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the applicable state
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Prior experience as a CNA or in a long-term care setting is a plus
• Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
• Dependable, patient-focused, and able to work collaboratively with a team

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic clinical skills: vital signs, ADL assistance, safe patient handling
• Infection control and hand hygiene practices
• Accurate charting and documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and physician/nurse instructions
