Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients during overnight hours
• Monitor patient status, document changes, and communicate effectively with the care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and continuity of care
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed during your shift
• Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and facility documentation standards

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license (Licensed Practical Nurse required for this role)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification — or willingness to obtain
• Experience with 12-hour night shifts preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to meet facility onboarding requirements and credentialing

Education

• Completed practical nursing program (LPN) or nursing diploma/degree for RN candidates

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of bedside nursing practices and medication administration
• Comfortable with patient assessment, charting, and electronic health records
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks and responding to urgent patient needs
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on patient safety and quality
